Frequently asked questions
No. On the platform gateway you use our verified accounts and we settle the money to you. If you already have a bKash merchant API or wallets, you can connect them and pay no transaction charge.
bKash instant checkout, plus bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay "Send Money" or "Payment" with a transaction ID. QR codes are supported for manual methods.
Platform payments go to your balance immediately after the charge. Request a settlement any time above ৳500.00, to bKash, Nagad or bank. Instant settlement is available for a small extra fee.
You decide: deduct it from your payment, or add it on top so your customer pays it. The checkout shows the charge clearly.
Yes. Every account gets test API keys that simulate successful and failed payments without moving real money. Webhooks are sent in test mode too.
